About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and caring Home Manager to take the reins of our residential service near Dalkeith. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance and quality standards, and cultivate a positive, person-centred culture that puts residents first.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the home, ensuring CQC compliance and exceptional standards of care
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement for every resident
  • Recruit, train, and support staff, fostering a culture of kindness and accountability
  • Manage budgets, rotas, and occupancy with efficiency and foresight
  • Build trusted relationships with families, professionals, and regulatory bodies
  • Champion safeguarding, health & safety, and continuous improvement
  • Support staff wellbeing and encourage ongoing development
