Our client is a leading organisation who are committed to excellence and innovation. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, they are expanding their team and looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to drive their operations to new heights.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will:

* Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, goods-in, storage, and order fulfilment.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site maintenance.
* Lead and develop a motivated warehouse team through training and performance management.
* Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
* Serve as the primary contact for daily warehouse operations and internal enquiries.
* Handle escalated customer queries with professionalism.
* Coordinate with internal teams for order information, despatch planning, and operational updates.
* Enhance service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support senior management in achieving company goals.
* Manage the complete order-to-despatch cycle for e-commerce and trade orders.
* Act as the key user for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
* Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with operational needs.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):


* Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid driving licence as driving is required.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

* Familiarity with BRC standards and compliance.
* Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and operations.
* Previous experience in process improvement initiatives.
