We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of ensuring smooth and efficient office workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Support the other departments with administrative duties
- Ensure the office is clean, organised, and fully functional
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
- Salary: £25,000
