Do you have an in depth understanding of technology? Do you have strong people management skills, capable of leading and continuously developing all team members?An excellent opportunity for a technical minded Manager looking to join a growing, market leading company who can offer excellent industry training and routes to directorship if proven to be capable.This company supplies a variety of digital equipment which is used for traffic enforcement solutions. They specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of digital camera systems that are used predominately in traffic management.In this multifaceted role you will be responsible for a driving new product development projects and continuous improvement. You will have contact with all departments within the company, including Operations, Finance, Communications, Quality Assurance and Health & Safety.This role would ideally suit an individual with a high standard of personal presentation that has experience with managing complex projects, as well as all members of a team.
