My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team in Bexhill-on-Sea.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical projects to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of electricians and other relevant personnel to ensure high-quality electrical work and safety compliance.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of electrical projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Develop and implement work plans, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Collaborate with various stakeholders including contractors, clients, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical installations and systems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and installations.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and ensure continuous development and training.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
Salary: £350 per day umbrella rate
Qualifications:
ECS card
Relevant electrical qualification
NVQ Level 3
City & Guilds 18th Edition
Required Skills:
Previous experience as a Supervisor is essential.
