Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Bexley
Contract: Full-time, term time only
Salary: 85-110 per day

The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team and provide high-quality support to children with additional learning needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, helping them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) both individually and in small groups
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
- Deliver interventions to those struggling academically or socially.
- Help with classroom management and behaviour support
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress and development
- Support pupils' social and emotional development
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN preferred (Autism, ADHD, etc)
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
