We are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our clients well-established, CQS-accredited Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, supportive environment offering career development and a wide range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience handling a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Expertise in:
    • Sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties
    • Re-mortgages
    • Transfers of Equity
  • Desirable experience in:
    • New Build transactions
    • Shared Ownership schemes
  • Proficient with Case Management Systems and the Land Registry Portal
  • Strong IT literacy essential
