The Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a commercially minded and confident employment lawyer seeking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You'll work across a varied caseload, advising both employers and employees on a broad range of employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advising clients on employment tribunal claims and litigation* Handling mediation and dispute resolution* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures* Managing TUPE matters, redundancies, and restructures* Drafting and negotiating Settlement Agreements* Preparing legal documents and maintaining compliant case files* Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to departmental growth

About You:

* Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in employment law* Professional, personable, and commercially savvy* Strong interpersonal and client care skills* A proactive, team-oriented approach* Keen interest in business development and building client relationships
