This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially aware employment lawyer looking to develop their career within a collaborative and progressive firm.The Role:You will advise a broad range of clients—both employers and employees—on all aspects of employment law, including:
  • Employment tribunals and litigation
  • Mediation and dispute resolution
  • Employment contracts, policies and procedures
  • TUPE and redundancy
  • Settlement Agreements
Your work will include interviewing clients, preparing legal documentation, keeping accurate and compliant case files, and providing prompt, practical legal advice. You’ll also play an active role in supporting business development and the growth of the department.About You:
  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Employment Law
  • Personable, professional, and commercially astute
