The firm is committed to promoting and developing staff through ongoing development and regular appraisals.You will play a pivotal role as part of a dynamic and expanding team of professionals in a highly autonomous role. You will be responsible for providing excellent client care, managing a portfolio of clients, and effectively dealing with queries over the phone, as well as via email / letter. You will manage a varied caseload, providing accurate progress reports along the way.The Role:

  • Handling a high-volume caseload of conveyancing matters.
  • Experience with Sales & Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity
  • Exposure to New Build Transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes desirable
  • Experience with Case Management Systems along with use of the Land Registry Portal
  • Complete progress reports for clients
  • Answer client enquiries over the phone and via email
  • Maintain accurate client records

The Person:

  • Ability to organise and run a busy caseload and meet deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to help and encourage junior members of the department
  • Experience working within residential conveyancing
