Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking a talented and driven Conveyancing Paralegal to join our partner firm based in Bexleyheath. In this permanent role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced solicitors, supporting them in handling a diverse caseload of residential property transactions.   • Assist solicitors and fee earners with all aspects of residential property transactions, from instruction to completion
  • Draft contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork with meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage client communications and provide regular updates throughout the conveyancing process
  • Conduct property searches and review the results to identify any potential issues
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a conveyancing or paralegal role within a legal environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a busy caseload effectively
