- Legal Document Support
- Review, categorise, and rename legacy legal contracts
- Ensure file names follow set conventions for better document management
- Identify key contract elements (type, dates, linkage to other documents)
- Contribute to a large-scale document ingestion project involving 1000+ contracts
- Company Secretariat Support
- Arrange board meetings by coordinating with Executive Assistants
- Handle DocuSign signature requests and tracking
- Update company structure charts and manage board/project folders
- Support due diligence and auditor requests
- Assist in preparing and filing financial statements with Companies House
- June Project Support
- Draft and prepare a significant volume of legal documents
- Travel to Reading (at least once; expenses reimbursed) to support submission to Companies House
- Complete follow-up administrative tasks once submissions are processed
- Legal admin experience or a recent law graduate (not actively pursuing a legal career short-term)
- Willing to travel to Reading during the project (expenses reimbursed)
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Comfortable with repetitive, document-based tasks
- Interest in company secretarial work or corporate governance
- Experience with DocuSign and digital filing systems
- Hybrid: 2 days per week in the Paddington office (Monday + Wednesday or Thursday)
