- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Diligent and conscientious approach to ensure accurate and thorough work
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Some prior legal work experience, although not essential
- Completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or in the process of completing it
- Passed both SQE1 and SQE2 exams
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
