We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Administrator to join our team for an initial period of six months (likely to extend). This role is crucial for supporting the School Improvement Team and managing the Fair Access Panel meetings. The ideal candidate will have a background in education and some experience in finance, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Take responsibility for collating and distributing information for the Fair Access Panel meeting.
  • Support the School Improvement Team with administrative tasks.
  • Initially, work onsite at the Civic for training before transitioning to a hybrid working model (2 days in-office, 3 days working from home).
  • Take notes or minutes during panel meetings, which occur once a month.
  • Manage and organise various administrative duties efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Capable of taking notes or minutes at meetings; experience as a minute-taker is preferable.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Some background in finance is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
