About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work within schools and early years settings across Bexley, delivering specialist speech and language support to children with a range of communication needs.You'll work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and families to develop individualised therapy plans and support strategies that promote communication development and access to learning.?? Key Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication difficultiesDevelop and deliver individual and group therapy sessionsCollaborate with educational staff, parents, and carers to support pupils' communication goalsContribute to EHCPs and provide written reportsDeliver training and guidance to school staff?
