As Audit Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the audit strategy and ensuring compliance and quality across the department. This is a significant position offering autonomy and responsibility, along with the opportunity to make a real impact both internally and externally. You will work closely with Partners and other Directors, mentoring the audit team and supporting their continued professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
- Act as Responsible Individual (RI) on audits, signing off audit reports
- Drive quality, compliance, and best practices across the audit function
- Manage and mentor a team of audit professionals, supporting their development
- Work closely with Partners and Directors on strategy and business development
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for added value
- Must be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- RI status or eligibility to become an RI
- Proven leadership experience within audit
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
