We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a temporary basis for a company located in Kidlington. Offering a salary of £15 per hour the position will be to work the hours are 09:00 to 17:00, 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
The role will include:
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Code bank transactions.
- Allocate supplier payments.
- Manage accounts payable ledger, setting up new clients and maintain up to date details.
- Oversee queries from internal and external sources.
- Prepare supplier payment runs.
- Process Accounts Payable invoices in high volumes.
Candidates must:
- Have excellent attention to detail, proactive and methodical approach to tasks.
- Show good computer skills with the ability to us Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Hold a full UK Drivers Licence with access to your own transport.
- Be positive and proactive at work.
