Description
Accounts Receivable responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the accounts receivable ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and credit control.
- Conduct monthly customer account reconciliations.
- Handle queries regarding invoicing and payments.
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information.
- Provide reports on receivables status and performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the receivables process.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
- Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role within the Life Science industry.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
