Workshop Administrator

We're looking for a Workshop Administrator to join a fast-paced, technical service centre based in Bicester.

Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer that leads the global field in precision engineering and industrial services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a hands-on attitude to support operations at a world-class facility.

What's in it for you?

- Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating workflow and schedules within the service centre
- Managing logistics for goods in/out and small item handling
- Raising purchase and sales orders
- Maintaining accurate records using ERP, CRM, and Microsoft SharePoint
- Providing customer updates and reports
- Supporting UK and occasional EU logistics

What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
- Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform occasional light physical tasks
- Desirable: FLT licence, logistics/engineering background, EU import/export knowledge
