We are looking for Production Operatives for our client in Bicester, Oxfordshire, with shifts available from Monday to Friday, either 8:30 - 16:30 or 10:00 - 18:00.
The position offers a salary of £23,965 per year.
Responsibilities include assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols in a clean room environment.
No prior experience is necessary as all training will be provided, but applicants must have good attention to detail and be reliable and punctual.
Candidates must be comfortable wearing full PPE at all times and should be able to speak and read English well.

8:30 - 16:30 OR 10:00-18:00.

Job Description:

We are seeking Production Operatives to work in Bicester Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting and packaging products in a clean room environment, due to the nature of the position no make-up or visible jewellery is allowed to be worn in the clean room environment, following strict hygiene and safety protocols .

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment and carry out production tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with clean room protocols.
Must wear FULL PPE at all times ( PPE provided).
Preform quality checks.
Report any problems / defects to the shift lead.
Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

Requirements :

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions / procedures.
Must speak and read English well.
Must be comfortable wearing PPE at ALL times.
Must be reliable, punctual, work well in a team.

Experience :

No experience necessary all training will be provided.
