Are you a Workshop Manager or similar from a Niche Automotive or Kit Car background, looking to join a renowned British manufacturer of high-performance sports cars where you will be working on niche projects, responsible for a team of 5?
On offer is the opportunity to join a business, expanding to global markets, that can offer a varied role whilst working on a range of exciting projects.
In this role you will be responsible for 5 technicians, managing and overseeing the work-flow of servicing and upgrade bespoke models. You will be managing projects, whilst working closely with the parts department and cross training the technicians.
This company are a Niche Automotive manufacturer in the UK producing low-volume, lightweight sports cars that emphasize performance, craftsmanship, and a raw driving experience over mass-market appeal.
This role would suit a Workshop Manager or similar from a Niche Automotive or Kit Car background, looking to join a passionate team in a varied role where no day is the same.
The Role
- Overseeing 5 technicians
- Project management - servicing and upgrading bespoke models
- Attending company events
- Lease with the parts department
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
