ABOUT THE CLIENT SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an outgoing and customer-focused professional to assist with customer deployments and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients. In this role, you will engage with customers from diverse industries, ensuring they receive top-tier support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage customer deployments, guiding them through the onboarding process and providing necessary support.
  • Liaise between clients and the software development team, effectively channeling customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate my clients’ app to customers, showcasing its features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive account management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management, sales, or support.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
