ABOUT THE CLIENT SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an outgoing and customer-focused professional to assist with customer deployments and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients. In this role, you will engage with customers from diverse industries, ensuring they receive top-tier support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring smooth communication.
- Manage customer deployments, guiding them through the onboarding process and providing necessary support.
- Liaise between clients and the software development team, effectively channeling customer requirements.
- Demonstrate my clients’ app to customers, showcasing its features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive account management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management, sales, or support.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with software applications or tech products is a plus.
