Description
- Develop and implement effective people processes, designed to drive efficiency
- Work with teams based across Europe and serve as an escalation point for complex People Operations queries
- Line management of one direct report and dotted line of several HR Advisors based in other countries
- Supervise the execution of employee lifecycle changes
- Develop communication channels across the wider people team in order to deliver a well rounded service to stakeholders
- Ensure People compliance is accurate across multiple countries
Profile
A successful People Operations Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a People Operations role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and data management practices.
- A solid understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills to manage diverse HR functions.
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate across departments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
