What will do you as the Warehouse Lead
- Oversee warehouse processes to ensure targets for productivity, accuracy, and efficiency
- Provide coaching and mentoring to warehouse operatives and supervisors
- Responsible for H&S
- Ensure all products are stored, handled, and dispatched correctly
- Work closely with warehouse managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to achieve set goals
- Manage Inventory and stock control
What will you need to be the Warehouse Lead
- Worked within a leadership role within a busy warehouse
- Strong understanding of H&S
- Proficient in WMS systems and Excel
- Experience of logistics, supply and operations
