Are you passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential? We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support, helping pupils to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Your role will include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons

• Promoting independence and positive behaviour

• Providing one-to-one or small group support where required

• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive, patient, and empathetic approach

• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff

• Works well as part of a team

• Is reliable, flexible, and eager to learn

• Experience in an educational or care setting is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided
