I’m recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established business within the Construction/Manufacturing sector, seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Executive to join their friendly sales team.

?? Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound enquiries and proactively make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering tailored product or service recommendations.

Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals to secure new business and upsell existing accounts.

Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth order processing.

Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team sales targets and KPIs.

1-3 years’ experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management (B2B preferred).

Confident phone manner with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven, with a proactive and positive attitude.

Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Team player with a customer-first mindset.

Competitive base salary of £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
