In this role, you will be responsible for managing mortgage applications from submission to completion, ensuring a seamless process for both brokers and clients.

If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in mortgage processing, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the specialist consultants in both London and Billericay office to process specialist lending applications
  • Acting as a liaison between lenders and mortgage brokers
  • Looking into complex mortgage queries and finding the best solution for them
  • Working closely with the administrators and sending over all relevant documents
  • Booking appointments with lenders and clients where appropriate
  • Undertaking basic admin duties
  • Data inputting and processing
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in mortgage administrator.

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending criteria.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in mortgage CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
