Our client is seeking a Quality Engineer to take responsibility for the maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes.Quality EngineerResponsibilities
  • Responsible for the maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes.
  • Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
  • Aid in contract review process ensuring the flow down of customer requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Work as part of lean six sigma teams to reduce waste and variations in processes.
  • Help in the design and implementation of a robust APQP program.
Quality EngineerEssential Skills/ Qualifications
  • 4+ years' of industry experience in a highly regulated industry i.e., Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Medical and Scientific.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, AS9100, IA16949 etc.
  • Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.
  • APQP highly desirable
