A client of ours in the Billericay area is recruiting a Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm with a salary of 26,000 - 28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Reporting into the Compliance Manager, key duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and update internal documentation, manuals, and procedures
- Assist with internal audits and follow-up on actions where needed
- Support updates to policies and procedures in line with company requirements
- Keep records up to date to meet internal and external expectations
- Analyse data to support process improvements and ensure compliance
- Provide admin support for investigations and department-related tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Compliance Coordinator position:
- Previous experience in a compliance, admin, or quality role is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive attitude
