Are you a skilled and experienced Plumber looking for a stable and rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, working on a vital social housing contract in Basildon.
Salary: Up to 34,000 per annum
About the Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing duties within occupied and void social housing properties. This will include, but is not limited to:
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, burst pipes)
- Installing and repairing sanitary ware
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Providing excellent customer service to residents
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent recognized qualification
- Proven experience working as a Plumber within a social housing or domestic setting
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
