- Oversee the daily operations across warehouse, customer service, admin, and support teams
- Ensure high standards of productivity, accuracy, and service are maintained across all functions
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational workflows
- Lead, support, and develop staff across multiple departments, fostering a positive and performance-led culture
- Manage resources effectively to meet business goals, including planning rotas and supporting staff recruitment
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives and monitor KPIs
- Support stock control, dispatch, and delivery functions to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Proven experience in an operations or similar leadership role
- Strong people management skills and a proactive leadership style
- Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, and office-based operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role across both office and operational areas
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive improvements
- Degree-level education or relevant qualifications are advantageous
