- Preparing and amending/drafting legal documents
- Managing correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Handling client enquiries and resolving queries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Have 1-2 years conveyancing experience
- Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detailÂ
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Happy to assist with other admin duties as required in a small office environment.
