I am working alongside a chartered accountancy based in the Bradford area who are looking to add a Payroll & Accounts Assistant to their established team. They are going through a period of sustained growth and are looking for a part time candidate that will bring valuable experience to the team.
Key Duties/Tasks:* Technical skills required including payroll systems & excel * Support the busy payroll department high volume starters and leavers* Must have reliable Excel as lots of manual processing* High volume, fast paced * Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries* Ensuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set, for example Pension Contributions.* Manual calculations * Experience of accounts responsibilities such as processing VAT/general bookkeeping* Pensions & HMRC Submissions experience* Sage system ideally
