About the Role

Were seeking a confident and experienced Catering/Hospitality Supervisor to lead an established team in delivering exceptional service across food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily catering/hospitality operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
  • Supervise and motivate staff, managing rotas and delegating tasks effectively
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
  • Liaise with clients and guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Support with stock control, ordering supplies, and managing inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in catering, hospitality, or events
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands
  • Food hygiene & Food allergen certification (we can offer training)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if required
