Pay Rate: £13.68ph
Start Date: 3rd November - 6 weeks
Shifts : 5 days out of 7
About the Role
Were seeking a confident and experienced Catering/Hospitality Supervisor to lead an established team in delivering exceptional service across food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering/hospitality operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Supervise and motivate staff, managing rotas and delegating tasks effectively
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
- Liaise with clients and guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Support with stock control, ordering supplies, and managing inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in catering, hospitality, or events
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands
- Food hygiene & Food allergen certification (we can offer training)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if required
