We are seeking a detail-oriented Costs Draftsperson to join a reputable law firm. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in managing financial operations within a legal setting, ensuring precision and compliance.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Draft and submit bills and prepare high-cost case plans.
  • Handle public funding applications and assist fee earners with billing queries.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and manage monthly profit costs submissions.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies, maintaining a secure and efficient working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing solicitor accounts and a solid understanding of accounting practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling billing and accounts queries professionally and sensitively.
