What You Will Do:

• Liaise with customers to secure payment of overdue invoices and address invalid claims promptly.• Facilitate query resolution by providing key information to internal and external stakeholders.• Attend weekly ledger reviews to identify root causes of issues and escalate them effectively.• Arrange ad-hoc meetings with internal teams to share progress updates and ensure alignment.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Dispute Management System daily.

What You Will Bring:

• Finance background / Credit Control experience.• Strong prioritisation and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.• A solid foundation in ledger management and keen attention to detail.• Excellent numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills, with negotiation experience being a plus.• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, to support reporting and analysis (Excel skills including use of pivot tables, ability to write formulas and understanding of VBA).• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
