Finance Transformation Manager

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated finance professional to take ownership of financial processes and reporting. This role will play a key part in reviewing, improving, and automating existing financial operations, with a strong focus on integration, efficiency, and accuracy.
Main Responsibilities
- Review current financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the automation and integration of financial data across systems.
- Deliver robust and timely financial reporting to support business decisions.
- Streamline data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial operations support ongoing business growth.
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Required
- Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA).
- Proven experience within the FMCG sector.
- Strong track record of process improvement, automation, and financial reporting.
- Highly data-savvy, with excellent systems knowledge and experience in system implementation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
