Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a finance team of 4 people
  • Develop finance as a strategic business partner across the organisation
  • Oversee monthly financial reporting and analysis
  • Produce annual budgets, forecasts and management accounts for Board presentation
  • Manage cash flow operations and prepare rolling projections
  • Develop advanced financial models for investment appraisal
  • Lead external audit processes and ensure statutory compliance
  • Manage banking relationships and funding arrangements
  • Work closely with senior management on strategic initiatives
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements across finance operations
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions


Key Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Strong commercial background with investment or development experience preferred
  • Advanced financial modelling and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated, results-focused with strong analytical mindset
  • Proven team management experience with ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Strong systems knowledge with ability to enhance financial reporting processes
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and external audit processes
