The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong understanding of core accounting tasks such as invoice processing, ledger management, and reconciliations. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records, ensuring ledgers are closed down correctly, and supporting the wider finance function. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent time management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet regular deadlines and KPIs. You'll be working closely with both internal departments and external suppliers, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance team.

Skills required:
  • Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role, including processing high volumes of invoices, reconciliations, and month-end support.
  • Confident communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across the business and resolve queries with suppliers professionally.
  • A positive and driven attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role and the wider company.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel to come in and hit the ground running.
