We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our Birmingham based client to work on a permanent Part Time basis with flexible working hours, typically Wed, Thurs & Fri, 08:30 to 16:30 with some flexibility with the working days.
Core duties would be :-
- Processing of invoices/Purchase ledger
- Produce sales invoices
- Check statements and process payment to suppliers
- Some accounts training will be provided where necessary
- Responding to all admin queries
- Taking and answering calls
- Ordering of parts and materials for various projects
- Carry out any project specific admin duties.
