Exams Officer/Business Administrator required for secondary school in the West Midlands

WeDoData has recently partnered with an 11-16 girls' secondary school in Birmingham that is looking to take on an Exams Officer to manage the exams process from entry management to result delivery.

The school is a small and lovely establishment where solidarity and respect are of utmost importance.

My client is open to candidates who don't have previous experience in exams management. It's a fantastic opportunity to become a fully trained Examinations Officer in a grade II school (Ofsted 2023).

To be eligible, you MUST have previous experience in school setups (either in operations, business, administration, or exams management), be highly reliable, and show a strong problem-solving attitude.

In return, my client can offer:

  • A salary between £25,000 and £31,000 per annum (actual salary for term time + 2 weeks)
  • Comprehensive training to become a fully trained exams officer
  • Full-time and permanent role
  • A school with new and improved facilities
  • Joining a friendly, personable team of staff

If you have the relevant experience and would be open to finding out more, please call Jean at WeDoData or apply as soon as possible.

If this role isn't quite right for you, please feel free to forward to anyone you think might be a better fit.

WeDoData (Bristol) Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, applicants, and clients to share this commitment. Any appointment will be made subject to strict vetting and screening checks and receipt of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check. In accordance with the DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’, this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.
