A progressive and friendly law firm are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to provide integral support in their Birmingham City Centre office. Working as part of a fantastic team, you will be providing a high standard of coordination assistance to the legal departments across the firm. With an impressive reputation for client service and a renowned presence across the country, this is a rare opportunity to get a foot in the door within a varied and developmental role.

The role will primarily involve:

  • Booking in meetings

  • Coordinating travel arrangements

  • Preparing bundles and documents for court

  • Answering telephone queries and liaising with clients

  • Managing the incoming and outgoing post

  • Assisting with legal documents and confidential data

The successful candidate will be interested in administration longer-term and open to developing into secretarial or PA opportunities in the future. Ideally, you will have some office experience behind you already alongside a proactive and enthusiastic mind-set.
