School Trust Governance Administrator Based Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham £15 - £16ph Your new companyA role based at an academy trust office based in North Birmingham is looking for a Governance Administrator. The role will be to cover til the end of term with potential longer term opportunities. It will be working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and is an all year round role. Your new roleThe role will be providing administration support to the governance team, and will be responsible for Governor and school communications, preparing agendas for meetings, circulating meetings, typing reports, maintaining and updating statutory records, website compliance and minimal clerking.This is a busy office and requires an individual with strong administration and organisational skills. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
