A top-tier global investment company based in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a capable Team Assistant to join their fast-moving team. This is an excellent springboard into the world of international finance.We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a professional support role, ideally in a similar Assistant or Coordinator position, who’s eager to grow their skills in diary coordination, stakeholder communication, and travel planning across time zones.Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist in managing dynamic calendars and meeting schedules
  • Support planning of internal meetings and global calls
  • Coordinate travel logistics, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Process team expenses and handle basic invoice queries
  • Act as the go-to person for day-to-day team support
  • Provide backup cover for colleagues when needed
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion
  • Confidence working in client-facing settings

  • Office-based position (Monday to Friday) in Birmingham City Centre
