- Assist in managing dynamic calendars and meeting schedules
- Support planning of internal meetings and global calls
- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodation, and itineraries
- Process team expenses and handle basic invoice queries
- Act as the go-to person for day-to-day team support
- Provide backup cover for colleagues when needed
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion
- Confidence working in client-facing settings
- A motivated, solutions-focused mindset
- Office-based position (Monday to Friday) in Birmingham City Centre
- 12–18 month contract, starting with a 6-month assignment
- £18/hour incl. holiday pay (approx. £32,000–£33,000 annually)
