Our client is looking for a skilled 3rd Line Engineer (Pre-Sales) to join their dynamic solutions team. In this hybrid role, you'll deliver expert technical support while contributing to pre-sales activities like solution design, client discussions, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line support across Microsoft 365, networking, servers, firewalls, and storage.
- Support pre-sales with technical input, network diagrams, and bill of materials.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure top-tier service.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and liaise with vendors like WatchGuard, Acronis, Microsoft, and Ubiquiti.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Previously experience in a 3rd line role within an MSP.
- Strong hands-on experience with M365, networks, firewalls, and storage.
- Relevant vendor certifications (WatchGuard, Microsoft, etc.).
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A driven individual aiming to grow into a pre-sales/solutions architect position.
