Description

The role of Architectural Technician will involve:

• Developing detailed architectural designs for construction projects.
• Collaborating with engineers and constructors to ensure design feasibility.
• Preparing architectural drawings and specifications.
• Conducting site visits to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Ensuring all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations and sustainability standards.
• Providing advice and guidance on architectural design to stakeholders.
• Participating in project meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Staying updated with latest architectural trends and technologies.

Profile

A successful Architectural Technician should have:

• Minimum 5 year's experience, ideally within a consultancy background.
• Strong technical drawing and design skills, inc. space planning.
• Revit software knowledge and experience (essential).
• Knowledge and experience in the property and construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Good understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
