About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Maintenance Engineer to become a key part of their expanding team. Covering the Birmingham & Nottingham areas, this is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge water mist fire suppression systems, contributing to the protection of people and property through innovation and excellence in fire safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs on water mist fire suppression systems at customer sites
Deliver a high standard of customer service, acting as a professional representative of the company
Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with health and safety standards and industry best practices
Maintain the service vehicle and tools in a clean and operable condition, and ensure timely completion of all service documentation
Participate in the on-call rota, providing emergency support when required
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience withwater mist suppression systemsand a strong understanding of thewider fire safety sector
Previous experience in afield-based engineering role
Level 3 Electrical qualification(mandatory);18th Editionqualification is highly advantageous
Strongtechnical problem-solving abilitiesand a professional, customer-focused demeanour
