Salary: 40,000 - 48,000

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Architect to join a highly regarded UK architectural practice based in Birmingham. Renowned for its high-quality design work across urban design, interiors, and masterplanning, the practice offers a dynamic and collaborative studio environment. The Birmingham team delivers projects across residential, healthcare, and education sectors and is now looking for an experienced and driven Project Architect to take a leading role on major healthcare schemes, from early concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
• Oversee concept design, planning applications, and detailed technical delivery
• Provide strong design leadership while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and innovation
• Undertake site visits and manage delivery during the construction phase
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative studio culture

Skills and Experience

• ARB-registered Architect
• Significant post-qualification experience within a UK-based practice
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver projects
• Strong experience across all RIBA stages
• Proficiency in Revit
• Previous healthcare project experience is highly advantageous
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Located within a commutable distance of Birmingham
