Opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an Architectural consultancy in the centre of Birmingham.

Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice have a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area, therefore experience in healthcare would be desirable however not essential.

You will join a medium size team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion
  • Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
  • Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
  • Managing planning applications, and building regulations
  • Solving any issues that may arise
  • Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
  • Assist on planning applications and appeals
  • Visit site for inspections
  • Assist in business development
  • Develop detailed Revit modes and drawing packages
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification within Architecture
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Revit is essential
  • UK Based experience with a minimum of 5 years in practice experience
