Are you a Business Development Manager or similar professional with expertise in Oil Analysis or Lubricant selection, seeking a hybrid role where you can generate new business, develop sales strategies, and be recognised as a technical expert?

Do you want to take control of your career by working in a highly technical niche, with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through attractive commission, within a company experiencing global expansion?

In this role, you will be responsible for selling bolt-on filtration equipment for oils and lubricants used in hydraulic capital equipment. You'll travel across the UK to expand market reach and secure new business in sectors including ports, nuclear, and milling industries. You will analyse oil reports, make informed tactical sales decisions, and provide valuable solutions, positioning yourself as the company's key technical sales contact. Experience interpreting Oil Analysis reports is essential.

The company is growing rapidly, having outgrown the UK market and now expanding into the USA. They are committed to building a strong future and seek the right candidate to support this growth phase.

This would suit a Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Sales Engineer or similar, who is looking for autonomy, recognition and the potential to substantially boost earnings through lucrative commission.

The Role:

  • Selling Bolt-On oil filtration systems for Capital Equipment
  • Generating new business and developing existing accounts
  • Conducting Oil Analysis Reports at customer sites
  • UK Wide Travel

  • Days based, Monday - Friday, Flexible working

The Person:

  • Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Sales Engineer or similar
  • Knowledge of how to interpret and conduct Oil Analysis Reports
  • Happy travelling and staying away 3 nights a week
